Our bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and are serviced and maintained daily. Housekeeping can also provide any basic toiletries you may leave behind.. Extra linens, blankets and towels can also be obtained through housekeeping. During the winter months each bedroom has individually regulated thermostats. The use of candles is not permitted in the bedrooms due to insurance liability.
On each floor we offer three single showers in the shower room and six single toilet stalls in the main washrooms. On the first level we offer a barrier free washroom with two single toilet stalls and a shower. Please note that we are on a septic system here with a limited supply of water.
Our beautiful main room overlooks perennial gardens and a view of the hundreds of acres that are yours to enjoy while you are here at Loyola House. You will discover a wonderful selection of books, board games and cards for your use.
In the winter months the fireplace is a lovely place to sit by and keep warm; it can be turned on by the thermostat located on the wall to the left of the fireplace.
The swimming pool is just a short walk from Loyola House. Exit through the main doors, down the walkway and up the steps. Walk passed the gardens and greenhouse. Stay to your right down the farm road to the cabana and pool.
This room is located in A-wing at the end of the first floor hallway, through the door and to the right, first door on the left. There is a wide selection of paper, markers, pens, pencils, puzzles and general craft items for your use. Let your creative side shine!
We have a small simply equipped room located on the lower floor for your use.
We have two washers and dryers for your use. Laundry soap and an ironing area are also provided. This room is located on the lower floor passed the exercise room.
We do have wireless available to you in our Main Lounge.
We invite you to take part in our fully comprehensive recycling program as members of our community. Please help us in our environmental initiatives.
In the Main Lounge there are containers for recycling as well as in the utility rooms on each floor. We have a compost area on the property and would ask that all produce scraps, coffee grounds and teabags be put in the compost bin in the dining room.
